Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, while international shipments average 5 to 7 business days depending on customs clearance.
Every Alayaa creation is nestled within our signature textured cream boxes, wrapped with woven ribbons and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. If your order is a gift, you may include a bespoke hand-written note at checkout, which will be penned on our heavy-stock ivory cards.
We offer a complimentary 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn jewelry pieces. Items must be returned in their original, unmodified condition, complete with all Alayaa tags and protective packaging. Please note that bespoke commissions and customized engraving sizes are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once our team inspects and verifies the returned piece, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
