Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

  • Domestic (India)5–7 business days via premium courier partners.
  • ALAYAA is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal strikes.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

  1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. In the original ALAYAA luxury packaging.
  3. Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • EarringsFor hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale.
  • Customized / Engraved PiecesItems tailored specifically for you cannot be returned.
  • Sale ItemsItems purchased during a promotional sale are eligible for exchange only.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email below. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

What Is Covered

We provide a 6-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps or loose stone settings.

What Is Not Covered

  • Natural TarnishingSilver naturally oxidizes over time. This is a characteristic of the metal and not a defect.
  • Accidental DamageScratches, chain breakage due to pulling, or damage from exposure to chemicals (perfume, chlorine, hairspray) are not covered.
  • LossWe do not replace lost or stolen items.
